Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, establish a strong therapeutic relationship, and create consistent support. As goals evolve and progress is made, some clients choose to transition to biweekly or monthly sessions. We can discuss what schedule feels most supportive for your needs.
-
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
The full session fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as for no-shows, partial attendance, late arrivals, or failure to complete required intake or consent documents before the session.
Please note that rescheduling a session within the 48-hour cancellation window does not waive the late cancellation fee. Any rescheduled appointment will be charged at the normal session rate in addition to the late cancellation fee.

Consultation calls are a free 15–20 minute opportunity for us to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether we might be a good fit.
