Yoga with me is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body through movement, breath, and presence.
I’m a Yoga Alliance–certified RYT 200, with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga.
I approach yoga as both a creative and healing practice—an invitation to slow down, soften, and listen inward. My classes are rooted in inclusivity, curiosity, and care, offering space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the quieter layers of your inner world.
Through intentional, intuitive sequencing, I guide practices that weave together effort and ease, strength and softness, structure and flow. There is space for movement, stillness, exploration, and rest—an unfolding that honors your own rhythms rather than asking you to keep up or perform.
I believe the body holds both our stories and our wisdom. In creating space for awareness, expression, and gentle noticing, this practice becomes more than physical—it becomes a way to process, to integrate, and to come back into relationship with yourself.
My intention is to offer a space that feels both expansive and deeply held—where you can clear the mind, return to the body, and reconnect with something deeper. A space to feel, to explore, to breathe, and to remember yourself—leaving a little more grounded, open, and inspired than when you arrived.
